On August 23, 1981, after completing a study on suffering and the response which Biblical men and women gave to it, the holy Ghost spoke to me and said, "It tickles the devil for God's people to blame their troubles on him." Yes, it pleases the devil for us to blame our trials on him! Why? Because we will never come to the knowledge of God if we trust someone else to be in control of the circumstances of our lives.
